Why are Keystone & EMG merging?

As the Keystone Education Group, our goal is to become the most trusted and scaled resource for students, and the global leader in enrollment generation within education.

As separate companies, our focus has always been centred on helping students find the right education. By joining forces to become KEG, we will be able to quickly expand our global reach and help more students than we ever could separately.

We will work together to improve & enhance our services, sharing our knowledge and combining our expertise, to drive KEG towards further expansion and growth within the global higher education industry.

Who will lead the Keystone Education Group?

Fredrik Högemark will serve as the CEO of the Keystone Education Group. He will lead a new executive team combined of both Keystone Academic Solutions and EMG leadership. They will play an integral role in helping steer KEG into this new chapter.

Where will the Keystone Education Group be located?

Together, we will have an international staff of 350+ employees based across offices in Norway, Sweden, Denmark, Finland, Germany and the UK.
